For everyone sitting on a folder full of AI art
You already paid to generate it. QuickCurate turns the art collecting dust on your hard drive into curated, print-ready draft listings on Etsy and Shopify — deduped, quality-judged, copy written, files rendered at 300 DPI. You only approve.
Drafts only — you always hit publish. Connect Etsy, Shopify, or both.
Works with Midjourney, Leonardo, and any folder of PNG, JPEG, WebP, or SVG.

How it works
The pipeline runs on its own. Your job begins and ends at the review queue.
It scans recursively. Within a product type, exact duplicates are skipped at the door and near-duplicates are held as variants; and Midjourney or Leonardo filenames give up their prompts as free metadata.
A copywriter pass writes the title, description, and tags. An independent judge scores quality, copy, and policy risk. Nothing major? It goes green — cosmetic nitpicks ride along as quiet notes. Anything a buyer would actually notice gets flagged for you, with reasons, not vibes.
Background removal, 300 DPI print files in every standard frame size, ZIP packaging, and draft listings on Etsy, Shopify, or both — created as drafts under your account. You give the final click, always.
The triage lanes
Every curated image lands in exactly one lane. The lanes are the whole interface — and the whole point.
Nothing a buyer would notice: clean art, honest copy, no policy risk. The judge may leave a cosmetic note — notes don't block the lane. One click approves the whole batch.
Something major tripped: a risky crop, a suspected artifact, copy that overclaims — the kind of thing a buyer would notice. Each card tells you exactly why it’s here.
Duplicates and anything under your quality bar. Nothing is deleted — it’s just kept out of your way, and out of your shop.
There's a quality dial, too. Set auto-reject to 80 and anything the judge scores under 80 goes straight to red — a thousand-image dump becomes a short stack of yellow cards and one green “Approve all.”
The compositor
Every approved design is composited into real product scenes — Frame TVs on the wall, mugs in hand, tumblers, tees, totes — with close-ups, transparency proofs and your brand slides behind them. Up to twenty Etsy photos per listing, no mockup subscription, no per-image fee.
The design composer
For shirt, mug and SVG designs, the copywriter pitches slogans in a handful of voices — deadpan, wholesome, unhinged. Pick one, retype it, change the font, the size, the arc, the layout; the print file re-renders as you go, shaped for the product — a full 4500×5400 shirt print, or a mug face sized to fill both sides of the cup.

Bundles
Pick approved designs and QuickCurate turns them into one listing: priced off your ladder, a hero grid of the whole pack, a PDF guide, scene mockups, and a detail sheet paging every design — drafted to Etsy and Shopify with one stable download link.

The ladder is yours to set — this one matches a $1-a-design shop, so the pack costs what the same designs would in the cart.

Under the hood
Bulk-listing tools optimize for volume. QuickCurate optimizes for what a buyer actually sees — and what your shop's reputation survives.
Exact copies are skipped at ingest; near-duplicate variants are held for a one-glance decision. Neither spends a curation or touches your shop.
Midjourney and Leonardo embed the prompt in the filename. QuickCurate recovers it and feeds it to the copywriter, so titles start from your intent.
A free cutout for graphics drawn on plain white, and AI subject removal for everything else — previewed on a checkerboard before anything ships.
Tell the copywriter how you sound — tone, keywords, words you never use. The quality judge stays independent, so style never softens the gate.
Frame-size print packs, tumbler wraps, Frame TV, clipart, PNG and t-shirt designs, and SVG bundles — with a transparency guard that fails a render rather than ship a file that doesn’t match what you approved.
Every listing lands as a draft in your Etsy or Shopify shop (or both), tagged with its design ID. Publishing is a button only you have.
Pricing
Every plan is metered in curations — one image through both AI passes. Not listings, not uploads. Duplicates and re-renders never count.
The Gallery plan runs your first 40 images all the way through — lanes, quality scores, duplicate detection, listing copy, print files and real drafts in your own Etsy and Shopify. One shop page of finished listings, no card. If the archive is worth selling, you'll see it on Etsy before you pay a cent. Unused free curations carry over as credits when you upgrade.
Early-access pricing
Curator $19, Studio $39, Museum $69 a month while our Shopify app is in review. When it launches, plans move to $24, $59 and $99. Subscribe now and keep your early-access price for 12 months.

For the archive with thousands in it: up to 350+ listings a month from a curated folder, or room to run the dial hard on raw dumps.

Early-access price · $99/mo at launch
For the whole back catalog: up to 700+ listings a month from a curated folder, or a year of work listed in a season.
Need more? Credit packs add 50 curations for $10. Etsy's $0.20 publish fee is billed to your shop by Etsy when you publish a draft — QuickCurate never publishes for you.
FAQ
One image going through both AI passes — the copywriter and the judge. That's the only meter. Re-renders, background-removal switches, batch approvals, and duplicates held at ingest cost zero curations.
Etsy allows AI-assisted art when the design is yours and you disclose how it was made. It asks that question in its own listing editor, and Etsy gives apps no way to answer it for you. That's one reason QuickCurate only makes drafts: you answer the disclosure yourself before you publish. The judge also flags the usual takedown risks before anything reaches your shop, such as trademarks, famous characters and real people's likenesses. Shopify has no separate AI question; its normal content rules apply.
No. Everything lands as a draft in your own Etsy and Shopify accounts. You review the draft, answer Etsy's AI-content question in their editor, and hit publish yourself. QuickCurate has no publish button.
PNG, JPEG, WebP, and SVG — uploaded directly or imported from a folder, scanned recursively. Midjourney and Leonardo exports work especially well because their filenames carry the original prompt.
The whole pipeline: your first 40 curations run all the way to draft listings in your own shop. You start with 5 and unlock the rest by connecting your Etsy shop or Shopify store — one trial per person and per shop. Whatever you don't use carries over as credits when you upgrade. Trial accounts left unused for 90 days have their working files cleared (we email first); your listings stay in your shop.
They stay in your library, out of your queue — you can retry a failure, promote a held variant, or ignore the red lane entirely. On a paid plan nothing is deleted; a trial account left unused for 90 days has its working files cleared.
