QuickCurate is a tool for sellers: you upload artwork, it reviews the images, writes listing copy, renders print files and mockups, and creates draft listings in shops you connect. This page says what that involves storing, who touches it on our behalf, and how you get rid of it. It is written by the people who run the service (QuickCurate), not by lawyers, and it is meant to be read.
What we store
- Your account: the email address you sign in with, when you last signed in, and the plan you are on. There is no password; sign-in links are emailed to you and expire.
- Your artwork and everything made from it: the images you upload, thumbnails, upscaled print files, mockups, packaged ZIPs and PDFs, the AI-written titles, descriptions and tags, the quality scores and flags, and the edits you make in review.
- Connected shops: when you connect Etsy, Shopify or Printify we store the access credentials those services issue and the ids of the shops, sections, listings and products the app creates or reads. We create drafts in your shop only when you approve a design. QuickCurate never publishes a listing for you.
- Your shop settings: brand cards, logo, shop name, pricing rules, brand voice and the other preferences on the Settings page.
- Usage: how many curations and Etsy drafts you have used against your plan, and a cost ledger of the AI calls made for your account.
- Review decisions: what you approved, edited and rejected. We keep these to make the reviewer better at predicting your taste over time. Nothing from your account trains a model that other customers use.
- Trial fingerprints: a one-way fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash) of your email address and of any Etsy shop or Shopify store you connect. It cannot be turned back into the address or the shop, and it is kept even after you delete your account, for one purpose only: so each person and shop gets one free trial.
- Trademark confirmations: if you approve wording that matches a registered trademark by confirming you have checked it, we record that you did, when, and which marks it matched.
- Referrals: if you arrived through an affiliate link, a cookie remembers that code for 60 days and it is written onto your account when you sign up, so the affiliate can be paid. Affiliates see counts, never your email or your work.
What we do not store
Card numbers, bank details and billing addresses. Payments are handled by Stripe as the merchant of record; your receipt, tax and payment details live in Stripe, and we hold only Stripe's customer and subscription ids so the app knows what plan you are on.
Who processes it for us
We run on rented infrastructure and AI services. Each one sees only what its job needs:
- Anthropic reviews your images and writes the listing copy. Images and prompts are sent for that purpose only.
- The trademark check runs against our own copy of the public USPTO register. Your slogans and design text are not sent to the USPTO or anyone else to perform it.
- Replicate runs the image models: upscaling, background removal, and similar processing on the images you approve.
- Stripe takes payment, issues receipts and handles tax as merchant of record.
- Etsy, Shopify and Printify receive the drafts and product files you approve, in the shops you connected, under their own terms.
- Vercel hosts the app, Trigger.dev runs the background jobs, Neon holds the database, Cloudflare stores the files and serves the domain, and SendGrid delivers sign-in emails.
- Google Analytics counts visits, but only if you allow it when the site asks: the pages viewed, the site you came from, and your browser, device type and approximate location, so we can see which pages people use. It never runs inside the Shopify admin. It does not receive your artwork, your listing copy or your email address.
We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.
Cookies
A session cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days, the 60-day referral cookie described above when you arrive through an affiliate link, and, only if you allow them, Google Analytics' cookies, which tell a returning visitor from a new one and last up to two years. No advertising cookies. Your answer is kept in your browser's local storage so the site does not ask again; change it any time with Cookie settings at the foot of this page. Declining after you had allowed them deletes Google's cookies.
How to delete it
- Disconnect a shop on the Settings page. That deletes the credentials and every listing, section and product id we held for that shop. Drafts already in your shop stay in your shop, under your control.
- Delete your account on the Settings page. That deletes your artwork, everything made from it, your settings and connections, cancels any subscription, and removes your email. It is immediate and cannot be undone. We keep only the payment and affiliate-commission records that accounting requires, with your email removed.
Where it lives and how long
Data is stored in the United States. On a paid plan it is kept for as long as your account exists. On the free Gallery trial, including after a subscription ends, an account unused for 90 days has its working files deleted (uploaded originals, print files, mockups and videos); we email you at least 14 days before, and signing in resets the clock. Small thumbnails and your listing records stay so your library still shows what was there. Files your buyers download through a delivery link are kept for a year after the account went quiet, then deleted. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and are deleted once used.
Your rights
You can see everything we hold about you on the Review and Settings pages, export your files by downloading them, correct anything by editing it, and delete it as described above. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with data-protection law, those are your access, rectification, erasure and portability rights, and we honour them the same way for everyone. For anything the pages cannot do, email support@quickcurate.com.

When this page changes materially we update the date above and tell active customers by email.
