QuickCurate

Terms of service

Last updated 2026-10-15

These are the terms between you and QuickCurate (“QuickCurate”, “we”) for using quickcurate.com. Creating an account means you agree to them. They are short on purpose; email support@quickcurate.com if anything is unclear.

1. What the service is

QuickCurate reviews artwork you upload, writes listing copy, prepares print files and mockups, and creates draft listings in the Etsy, Shopify or Printify accounts you connect. You review every draft in your own shop and publish it yourself. QuickCurate has no publish button and never lists anything on your behalf.

2. Your account

You sign in with an email address and links we send to it. Keep that inbox secure: anyone with the link can act as you until it expires. One account per person or business; you are responsible for everything done under it.

3. Plans and billing

  • Gallery is a free trial: 40 reviews, one time, with approvals and drafts included. Referred sign-ups may receive more. There is one trial per person, inbox and shop: a new account starts with 5 reviews and unlocks the rest by connecting an Etsy shop or Shopify store that has not had a trial before.
  • A Gallery account (one that never paid, or whose subscription has ended) that goes unused for 90 days has its working files cleared: uploaded originals, print files, mockups and videos. We email you at least 14 days before, and signing in resets the clock. Listings already in your shop are not affected. Paid plans keep everything. See the Privacy Policy for details.
  • Curator is $19 a month for 150 curations and 150 Etsy drafts per billing period. Studio is $39 a month for 500 curations and 500 Etsy drafts. Museum is $69 a month for 1000 curations and 1000 Etsy drafts.
  • These are early-access prices. A subscription started at an early-access price keeps that price for its plan for 12 months from the day it started, as long as it stays active. After that it moves to the plan's price at the time, with notice as described below.
  • Credit packs add 50 curations for $10. Credits never expire and are used only after the plan's own allowance.
  • A curation is one image passing through the AI reviewer. Retries, re-renders and duplicates the app catches do not count. Unused monthly curations do not carry over; unused free curations become credits when you first upgrade.
  • Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Plan changes mid-period are prorated.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. as merchant of record. Stripe's receipt is your receipt, and Stripe applies any sales tax or VAT your location requires. Refund requests go to support@quickcurate.com; we refund when the service did not work as described.
  • Marketplace fees, such as Etsy's listing fee when youpublish a draft, are charged by that marketplace and are not part of QuickCurate's pricing.

4. Your content

Everything you upload stays yours, and so does everything the service makes from it: copy, print files, mockups, packages. We take only the licence needed to store and process it for you, which ends when you delete it. You promise that you own or have the rights to the artwork you upload and that listing it, together with any text you add to it, does not infringe anyone else's rights, including trademarks. Marketplaces may require you to disclose AI-generated content; that disclosure is yours to make in their listing editor.

5. Your shops

Connecting a shop authorises QuickCurate to create drafts and read what it needs under that marketplace's API terms. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, which deletes the credentials and ids we held. What is already in your shop remains yours to manage there. Each marketplace's own terms continue to apply to your use of it.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload content you have no right to sell, content that is illegal, or content designed to deceive buyers. Do not probe, overload or resell the service. We may suspend an account that does, and will say why.

7. The AI does the first draft, you do the last

Titles, descriptions, tags, quality scores and story text are generated by AI and can be wrong. They are drafts for your review, not statements of fact, and you are responsible for what you publish. Print files are rendered at the sizes and resolutions shown; check them in your own workflow before selling.

8. The trademark check is a helper, not legal advice

Text you add to a design, including AI-suggested slogans, is compared against a copy of the public United States Patent and Trademark Office register of live word marks in the classes that cover prints, mugs and apparel. A match warns you; an exact match holds approval until you change the wording or confirm that you have checked it. The check exists to assist you. It is not legal advice, a trademark search or a clearance opinion, and a clean result does not mean the wording is free to use: it does not cover other countries, logos or design marks, unregistered rights, copyright, or registrations newer than our last update, and it can miss or wrongly flag a match.

You remain solely responsible for making sure the text and artwork you sell do not infringe anyone else's rights, including when you confirm past a warning. QuickCurate is not responsible for infringement claims, marketplace takedowns, shop suspensions or other losses arising from content you publish, whether or not the check flagged it.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service up and improve it continuously. Features, allowances and prices can change; price changes to an existing subscription take effect from the next period and we tell you first. We may retire the service with at least 30 days' notice, during which you can download your files.

10. Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Affiliates

The affiliate programme has its own terms on the affiliates page. Joining it means agreeing to those as well.

12. The legal bits

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where QuickCurate is established. If a clause is unenforceable the rest still applies. These terms, the privacy policy and the affiliate terms are the whole agreement.
